Torrent wont start downloading
hi all. Recently ive been having trouble getting my downloads to start. ive only ever had this trouble with the new updates( the ones where it shows number available to download). on my bitspirit it shows that there 0 seed/ 0 leech / available (say 100) no matter how long i leave the computer on the downloads wont start. ive tried turning the firewall off but that doesn't make any difference. maybe once or twice ive had one download start but only went up to 1.5 kbs then 3kbs then 0 and it

Certain magnet links are stuck on "Downloading metadata". Restarting the torrent do not work. Pause and Start. Restarting qbittorrent do not work. It shows many seeds and peers but it is not fetching the torrent file. Both uTorrent and Tixati is able to download the torrent file.

What worked for me was changing one of the settings: Go to Options -> Preferences. Select BitTorrent, and at the Protocol Encryption section, change the Outgoing option from Disabled to Forced.
